How long it will take to receive my order?
Delivery period for:

Metro Manila – 1 to 3 Working Days
Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao – 3 to 7 Working Days

Counting begins after ship out date. Excluding Sundays/Holidays.
Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be expected.
Please expect a delay during holidays, sale events and inclement weather.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Upon shipment, we will provide the tracking number and website where you can track your package.

No information found when I track my package, what should I do?
Please check back again. Tracking information usually appears after 24-48 hours from ship out date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All items sold at go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped. However, there are times when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Or maybe you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

If this is the case, you may return or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

• Please fill out our ➡ Return/Exchange Form to request for a return or exchange.
• You will receive an email containing the return details and instructions immediately upon submission of your return request form.
• Upon confirmation of your return request, please send back the item/s to 38 Flamingo St., New Marikina Subdivision, San Roque, Marikina City through courier within 7 days upon receipt of our confirmation.
• Once we receive the item/s, we will refund the amount of the total value of the purchased merchandise in the form of Store Credits that will be valid for one (1) year upon receipt of credits

Exchange

• Please fill out our ➡ Return/Exchange Form to request for a return or exchange.
• You will receive an email containing the exchange details and instructions immediately upon submission of your exchange request form.
• Upon confirmation of your exchange request, please send back the item/s to 38 Flamingo St., New Marikina Subdivision, San Roque, Marikina City through courier within 7 days upon receipt of our confirmation.
• You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Naturezza.
We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Naturezza is not responsible for any lost returns.
The exchange will only be shipped out once we receive the return item and after settling shipping charges

Free shipping will apply only at the first original transaction.

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

Returns

You can return immediately your item once you have submitted the return form and received the instruction of return.

The return process will depend on your selected courier

Exchange

After your exchange item was dropped off, we will let you know once it has reached our warehouse for exchange and is ready for re delivery.

Kindly arrange the pick-up of the exchanged item in our warehouse. The shipping process will depend on your selected courier.

Refund

At the moment, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method or customer’s change of mind.
